A person’s a person no matter how small

There have been many children books through out time, like the much loved Peter rabbit created by Beatrix Potter or how about the cuddly bear know as Winnie the Pooh created by A. A. Milne. But probable the most well know children’s author would have to be the fun rhyming author know as Dr. Seuss. He has written classic tales such as the Cat in the hat, Green eggs and ham, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, and The Lorax.

Back in 2000 Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas became a big screen movie. It was the first of Seuss books to be turned into a film, but it wasn’t the last in 2003 Dr. Seuss the Cat in the hat became the second of Seuss books to turn into a feature film. It’s been 5 years since the last time one of Seuss books became a movie, but on March 14, 2008 another Seuss classic becomes a movie.
Horton Hears a Who! is the story of an elephant name Horton who suddenly hears a small speck of dust talking to him, but in actually it is a tiny city called “Who-ville.” Who live on “Who-ville?” Microscopic-sized inhabitants know best as who’s. Unlike The Grinch and The Cat in the hat who where both made into live action films Horton will become and animated film, featuring the voices of Steve Carell and Jim Carrey.
