Snow has fallen

Super star Brittany Snow is Tampa, Florida native born on March 9th, 1986, who hit fame a very young age, six; by landing 15 commercials raging from McDonald’s to Disney. But, Brittany’s big break didn’t come until 1998 when she got the role of Susan on the CBS show “Guiding Light.” The series was about a fictional Midwestern town of Springfield. The show centered on the Bauer family but went on to center around the wealthy Spauldings. Snow resumed her roles as Susan the trouble girl until she deiced to leave the show in 2001 to pursue other acting opinions. And though opinions soon came a knocking when Brittany land a role on a series called “Murphy’s Dozen,” about catholic family with 12 children; sadly “Murphy’s Dozen” didn’t not get picked up.

Brittany wasn’t sad for long because something better was just around the corner. Yes, it is true that “Guiding Light” might have been Brittany’s break out role but the role she is most known for is her role as Meg on the NBC series “American Dreams.” Snow land the role in 2002, the series aired on September 29, 2002 and last for three seasons. But that wasn’t the end of Brittany’s acting career; in 2005 Brittany stared opposite Vin Disel as Zoe Plummer in the Disney film “The Pacifier.” In which she played the oldest of four brothers and sister who have to be watched by a former Navy Seal, after there fathers death and there mother is away on important business. Following “The Pacifier” Brittany did a 5 episode slot on the controversial show “Nip/Tuck”. Her character Ariel Alderman was a white supremacist and twisted.

In 2006, Brittany landed a role in another block buster movie “John Tucker Must Die.” In the movie Brittany’s character Kate helps three girls get pay back on the most popular boy in school after they find out he has been dating them all at the same time. John Tucker was a box off hit daubing in the number three spot. Soon, after Tucker Brittany got the role of Amber von Tussle in the feature film of the Broadway musical “Hairspray.” The film came to theaters July 20, 2007 and was hit not only at the box office but with critics and movie goers too. Although, the film was hit there was some bad new on peoples way, in late 2007 Snow revealed she had, had an eating disorder since her years on the “Guiding Light.” The disorder got so bad she started cutting her self for more attention.

Snow, spoke out about the disorder in September of 2007, stating “I needed to always be dieting and losing weight. It became my life.” Now 2008, Brittany is free for the consent need to loss weight or cut, her self she does have words for people who are going though what she had to deal with “The first step is just to talk to a friend about it. They’ll relate in some way.” Even though all Brittany was going though her acting career is taking off, in the works she has not two but four new films on our way.

One is the horror flick “Prom Night,” about a teenage girl, when on her prom night her former stalker breaks out of prison to make her prom night on she’ll never forget. “Prom Night” hit theaters everywhere April 11, 2008. Snow other movies included “Finding Amanda,” “Black Water Transit,” and the now filming “The Vicious Kind.” Know matter the ups and downs Brittany struggles through she still counties to give her fans what they want most amazing films.
