That is why Sparkling Stars hope these party planning tips will make any party you are throwing less daunting, no matter if it’s a Birthday party or a New Years one we have got your back. Our tips will make your holiday party planning more play and less work, while still showing your friends, family, and co-workers you are sophisticated, put together, and can throw one great and entertaining party.
Tip 1: Easy Appetizers – Who wants to eat a big dinner at a party, the really question is who has time on top of meeting new people, dancing, and for some keeping track of the kids. Keep your party food simple with fruit and Vegetable trays, finger food that will be is to mange for you and your guests. You do not want to be running in and out of the kitchen all night and miss the whole party, make your food less work but still taste great. You do not have to be working over a hot stove all day make great tasting food your guest will love, there are tons of quick and easy recipes for simple and easy quick fix appetizers that are better then a big meal, like our recipe for “Sparkling Stars Totally Stuffed Mushrooms” that will be a hit and take just second to put together.
Totally Stuffed Mushrooms
1. Turn on the oven to 350 F then you need your Mushrooms. Remember to get as many Mushrooms as you need.
2. Remove the stems of the Mushrooms and finely chop them. Set them a side in a blow.
3. To the stems add some bread crumbs, chopped onions, Red Peppers, and pecans
4. Fill your Mushrooms with the mixtures of bread crumbs, chopped onions, Red Peppers, Mushroom stems, and pecans.
5. Add some grated Parmesan cheese to the top of each stuffed Mushrooms, and pop in the oven for six – eight minutes.
Tip 2: Children’s Party – Remember that sometimes you have a party where your guest may bring their young kids, and like most small children they will not sit still and can be loud and noisy. Make sure you put together a kids room; which is like how the kids table, but instead it will be right next to the adult a party but is a room the kids can go into and color or watch movie (preferable a Disney film). The kids can hang out and wait there until their parents are ready to go. But make sure you have at lest one or two adults you trust to watch the kids always. Keeping them safe and supervised are the most important things, I do not think your guest will be to calm if they find out you lost your kids. The whole reason for the children’s party room is so the kids have a fun place to go to and relax, and to have the parents not to have to worry about them for a few hours.
Tip 3: Ice Breakers – If you are having a party with a lot of people, who do not know each other break that awkward tension with some fun and easy ice bakers.
You could have all your guests get a famous person in history name on a tag stuck on their back, the catch is that they must find out who they are by talking to different people at the party and get hits to what historical person they are. At the end of the party everyone must make a guess to whom they are, it is a wonderful way to get people involved and talking to each other. Another great ice breaker is the “question game,” it’s where at the being of your party all your guests must answer a question lets say for instants “What’s your favorite book?,” each guest will then proceed to right their answer on their name tag. Everyone will have a ball comparing each other favorite books and might even find something they would like to read.
We hope you enjoyed all theses tips, and use them to help make things a little easier the next time you throw a party.
