With each episode in this exciting season Clark is getting closer to his Superman destiny and the destiny of another will be discovered as Davis Bloome (Doomsday) realize is mission is to kill; Clark Kent. Do not miss a minute of the action by owning it on DVD August 25, 2009.

Season eight is filled with a brunch of new story lines, action, and adventure; it seems that Clark is more grown up this year; and although there are still something about his powers he has not discovered yet he has gotten use to his abilities and can handle the fact that he is different. This season explores the Clark and Lois relationship, they are being to have feelings for one another and realize that they maybe more than just friends.

The season was full of surprises, as Clark and best friend Chole being to grow a part and have different views on things; and one of is Chole’s new friend, Davis Bloome. Another shocker this year was centered on Chole and the why she had been acting the way she was; not to give too much way but lets just say “Mind Control”. However,3t7452_crw_7918_opt1 the biggest shocker had to be the finally where Clark realize that despite everything Davis (Doomsday) has done he cannot kill him, leaving the Justice League to take matters in to their own hands and the only way to get Clark out of the picture is to “restrain” him with kryptonite; whatever happened to all for one and one for all?

Meanwhile, Lois gets in a cat fight, that right a cat fight, one that ends taking her through time no telling if she will go to the future, or past, and how she will get back. Jimmy Olsen find Clark and saves him from his almost death and after watching him heal himself discover his secret, and who would guessed he is cool with it and is willing to keep it hid. Chole find a way to spilt up Davis and Doomsday, and while she and Jimmy take the Davis half Jimmy’s place; Clark is left to fight Doomsday, in the end of the battle there was big explosion and Clark has no way of knowing if Doomsday survived.

But, here comes the biggest shocker of the night; while at the Jimmy’s place Chole and Jimmy seem to reconnect and in what seem to be a jealous angry rage Davis stabs Jimmy, but before he goes Jimmy ends Davis life as well. Yes, it is true the beloved character of Jimmy Olsen, die! Did I not tell you this season was full of unsuspecting twist and turns; once again I say you should watch not only this episode, but all 20 two episodes the six disc DVD set out August 25, 2009.
