Putting a bunch of chemicals on you face, body, and hair isn’t always good for you sometimes we need to take break from store bought products and use some natural and health homemade exfoliates. I no it might seem like a waste of time to make a homemade exfoliate when you can just got to the store pick up the same product already made and put together for you, but in actually homemade exfoliates or better for you to use, take five minutes or less to make, and don’t cost you any money because most of the ingredients are things you probably have in your house already. Our skin is very important and we should all take skin care seriously, but it is sometime hard because we may get a product that is not good for our type of skin; which could lead to problems such as breakouts, allergic reactions, and red spots. Below our two easy homemade remedies for two different kinds of skin.

Sensitive skin: this Oatmeal facial scrub will keep your face looking clean and help toughen it up and make it stronger.

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Uncooked Oats
1 Tbs. Honey

Combine the two ingredients together until they form a paste, massage the paste on your face and wash of about 10 – 15 minute, just enough time for it to set and do it job to the skin.

Oily Skin: Many people deal with this type of skin, but with this Lemon Face Mask you won’t have to worry about it anymore.

Ingredients
4 Tbs. Flour
4 Tbsp. Yogurt
1 Tsp. Lemon Juice

Mix all the ingredients together and they should form a paste, than apply the paste on to your entire face with your fingertips, be careful not apply the mix around your eyes. Leave the mask on for about 15 minutes, than wash off in warm water and softly pat dry with a towel.

Our hair is just as import as our face, so we must use the same amount of care as we do on our skin. skd259566sdcLike our skin there are many different hair types, mostly all hair types, except for a few are treatable; below you will find away to help the two common hair types.

Dry Hair: There are many different remedies for this type of hair from Coconut Oil to Mayonnaise rub, but one of the best is this Avocado and Banana rub.

Ingredients
1 Banana
½ An Avocado

Mash the banana than mix with half of an avocado, rub over your entire hair; leave in for about 20 minutes, than wash off with warm water.

Dandruff hair: Everyone in the worlds has, or probably will have dandruff, but with this Baking Soda shampoo this should not be a problem anymore.

Ingredients
2 Tbs. Baking Soda

Apply the Baking Soda on two your hair just as you would shampoo, leave in for about 3 minutes, or how long you would normally leave in you shampoo. Than wash it out in water, this should reduce your dandruff a whole lot.

Finally, we move on to the body, everyone should take care of their body to insure a healthy and long life. Brown Sugar Lemon Body Scrub: This scrub is great and will help dead skin remove faster leaving your body looking young and new.

Ingredients
½ Cup Brown Sugar
¼ Cup Salt
1 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
1 Tbs. Honey

Mix all the ingredients together until they turn into some sort of paste, use your fingertips and gently massage the mix on to your body, wait about 2-3 minutes, than wash of in warm water.

Vanilla and Oatmeal Scrub: This scrub will leave your body feeling so soft and light that it will make you feel like you are on a cloud.

½ Cup Oatmeal
2 Tbs. Sugar
1 Tbs. Vanilla

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend them together until they oatmeal has turned into a powder (some what like baby powder, but not a powdery). Apply the powder to your body and than wash off with water.
