Review Nadia Ali: Embers

New artist Nadia Ali Album “Embers” was very different it had a sound all of its own, like something I had never heard before, but it wasn’t a bad it was just a “Bollywood” type of sound. Nadia, also seems to have a bit of a Country voice as well, and it adds very interesting and unique sound to the album. The songs have great lyrics and beat to them, but the down fall is some run to about five, or six minutes long, which is a little much.
I particular like the lyrics to the song “Love Story” they were very sweet and nice; however I was a little disappointed in its music I would have liked it to be slowed down a bit, nevertheless Nadia did a good job on the song and you could really understand the lyrics with out having the music over power them. “Be Mine” is one of the songs on the album I lest liked, I don’t know what it is but the lyrics or music they just don’t seem to fit with the each other. “Point The Finger” is a really good song; I like the lyrics and beat, you can dance to it or just set and list to it definitely the best on the album.
Nadia Ali has style of music all her, that my put people of but her different sound is what sets her apart from all the other artist out there and sometimes, something new can be great. You can list to the album yourself by entering to win one of three copies we are giving away by sending an email to Narges@sparklingstars.net stating what contest you are entering for, your name, and email.
