Sparkling Stars Online Magazine got the change interview YouTube Make-Up/Fashion Guru TheTatorTheTot. On her channel she gives helpful make-up and fashion advice, along with advice to teens that are going through the same issue and things she is, and tries to help them deal with life and feel good about who they are. Taylor (TheTatorTheTot) is also part of the SixStyleGirls YouTube Guru collab channel; where she uploads a video every Thursday.

Sparkling Stars: First start off by introducing yourself, and telling our readers a littler bit about who you are.

YouTube Guru TheTatorTheTot: My name is Taylor, otherwise known as TheTatorTheTot, and I am a makeup guru on YouTube. I have an unhealthy passion for clothes and music, and I love to make people happy!

Sparkling Stars: You are a YouTube Make-Up/Fashion Guru, right? What is a make-up/fashion Guru?

YouTube Guru TheTatorTheTot: By definition, a guru is any person that councils or advises, and that is exactly what I do! This isn’t just making videos to me. My mission is to help people feel beautiful about themselves, because to me, feeling good about yourself is important. As long as you like yourself, nothing else should matter!

Sparkling Stars: Why did you start your YouTube guru channel?

YouTube Guru TheTatorTheTot: I wanted to help people! I felt that I could bring something a little bit different to the table, because I am such a different person. I’m not concerned with what other people think, and I don’t think others should be either. I am always here for everyone, whenever they should need me, and it’s always an amazing feeling to know that I have changed someone’s perspective!

Sparkling Stars: What is your favorite part about making videos?

YouTube Guru TheTatorTheTot: My favorite part. I guess it wouldn’t come from actually making the videos, but the result that comes with it. It is a truly rewarding experience. All of the kind and wonderful things that people say and write always put a smile on my face, no matter how terrible my ?day is going. It is awesome

Sparkling Stars: What are your favorite types of videos to film (Tutorials, Outfit of the Day, Tags ect.)?

YouTube Guru TheTatorTheTot: Now that is a toughie! If I had to choose, it would be Advice Videos because I feel that they help people the most. I also do Deals of the Week, which show the best deals out there at the moment that a person can find, and I get all psyched up when I get ready to film it. There’s nothing like a good bargain!

Sparkling Stars: Is fashion and make-up something you will like to pursue in the future?

YouTube Guru TheTatorTheTot: Truthfully, I am so scatter-brained at the moment that I don’t know what to do! It feels like someone pushed the fast-forward button on my life, and I need them to hit the pause! I have so many wonderful opportunities open for me, I just don’t know which direction to go. If I could do anything, I would be on Broadway. That has been a dream of mine for many, many years, and it is definitely something that I want to pursue. If I did pursue something in the fashion field, I would be a fashion journalist. I mean, who doesn’t love all of those free clothes?

Sparkling Stars: What is something you would like to tell other people who want to get into the YouTube community?

YouTube Guru TheTatorTheTot: Don’t be afraid of whatever people may think or say. It is one of the most rewarding things that I have ever done, and I have made an unbelievable amount of friends through it. By making videos, you know that you are helping someone, somewhere, and that in itself is worth all of it.

Sparkling Stars: Can people request videos for you to do?

YouTube Guru TheTatorTheTot: Why, of course! I try to get around to all of my requests at one time or another, so people are always welcome to ask or suggest!

Sparkling Stars: What are some things you like to do other then making videos?

YouTube Guru TheTatorTheTot: Many of my subscribers know by now that I have a huge love for dancing and singing, not only because I want to turn it into a career, but because it is something that I genuinely love to do. When Im not dancing or filming videos, you can find me snuggled up on the couch with a good book.

Sparkling Stars: If you could be any superhero who would you be and why?

YouTube Guru TheTatorTheTot: Oh, that’s an easy one. Supergirl. I mean she’s super! Who doesn’t want to be SUPER?
