Most of us don’t have the time to spend an hour everyday working out, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t exercise, everyone should be able to fit in at lest 10 – 15 minutes of fitness a day. And, if you want to start getting in shape and eating the right way then what better way to start then summertime, so you can feel better and look good when fall comes around.
Hit the Gym or a Local Community Center: Getting a gym membership is always good can go there after work or school for 30 minutes in the morning, or night. Also, sometimes your local community center and college offer free Yoga, Pilates, or maybe even dance classes, if not free most classes at the kinds of place only cost about $15/month.
In Home Gym: If you don’t have time to go to the gym, can’t afford classes, or just feel more comfortable working out at home; here are some great things you can do. There is tons of great fitness DVDs out there. One of the best is the “10 Minute Solution” DVD series, these DVD include tons of different verities such as the “10 Minute Solution: Rapid Results Pilates” or “10 Minute Solution Yoga.” If you are looking for a more upbeat off the mat cardio workout you can try the DVDs; “Denise Austin: Boot Camp – Total Body Blast” and “Crunch – Cardio Dance Blast.”
However, an inexpensive way to workout just such the web! YouTube.com features many fitness gurus who post videos of some quick and easy workout routines for beginners and more advance people. Below are three simple workouts from some awesome workout gurus, which will get you in shape and have that perfect summer body.
Do each of these exercises three times a week and remember to eat health and be as active as you can throughout each day.
