After taking a break from the spotlight due to emotional issues; Lovato turned her feelings into it songs and released a record that includes fourteen tracks that shows she is unbroken. Her first single off the album was “Skyscraper” a powerful ballad that is about being stronger than people think you are, and if someone tries to knock you down you will still be standing tall. I think that a lot of people can relate to this song and it is one those tune that you’ll play when you have a bad day and you want to shut the world out. Her second single is “Give Your Heart a Break” this is an upbeat fast pace dance tune. Also the album includes many duets “All Night Long” features Missy Elliott & Timbaland, “Who’s That Boy” features Dev, “You’re My Only Shorty” has Iyaz, and we can’t forget “Together” in which Lovato performs with Jason Derulo.

Other songs on the record include “Hold Up”, “Mistake”, “In Real Life”, “My Love Is Like a Star”, and “Lightweight”. The album’s title song “Unbroken” is all about letting go of the pain and all the times you been hurt. But the most emotional songs on the record have to be “For the Love of a Daughter” in which Lovato sends a message to her father saying “Don’t you remember I’m your baby girl? How could you push me out of your world? Lie to your flesh and your blood; put your hands on the ones that you swore you loved.” And she pleads for him to stop the intoxication “Oh father, please father put the bottle down for the love of a daughter.”

Throughout each songs you get an inside look into Lovato’s world and the tunes are very relatable. Overall it is a great comeback album, and I can’t wait to her more music from this talent and strong artist.

During an interview with ClevverTV the actress talked about how dreamlike it has been to be living out her dreams of making music. “Now I have songs that I can call my own, songs that I have written, songs that I have helped vocal produced, and songs that I have been there for every step of the way; it is such a good feeling.” said Arianna. The actress goes on to say that it feels surreal and that music has been a passion of hers forever. She stated she has been singing since birth and grew up listening to Madonna and Donna Summers. Also she notes that she feels that people, including her personally, can relate to her album and that it is a good way for her fans to get to know her better.

So when will the album be released? No one knows an official released date for the a record has yet to be announced Arianna has mentioned that most of the album is completed and hopes that it will be out as soon as mid twenty-twelve, however due to putting the final touches on the album and filming Victorious the stars has yet to set a release date. Speaking of Victorious here is the scoop on what coming up in season 3, which begins January 28th. This season will be filled with tons of new episode; Tori, Cat, and Jade go on a road trip that takes a wrong turn, the gang pairs off to compete in a couples’ game, and so much more comedy, music, and defiantly more victorious. So “Put Your Hearts Up” for all the exciting things that Arianna has got headed our way this year.

3. Under The Mistletoe by Justin Bieber: This is the young singers first Christmas album and it combines some classic Christmas songs with some new original tunes. The track list includes songs such as “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town,” “The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire),” “Mistletoe,” and “Only Thing I Ever Get For Christmas.” If you are a Bieber fans ready to get into the spirit of the season then I recommend you checkout this holiday album.

2. Christmas by Michael Bublé: Bublé’s jazz type voice gives each holiday track off the record a fun sound that makes you feel as though you took a trip back to the 40s. His soft rendition of “It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas” is wonderful and his duet with Shania Twain on the track “White Christmas” is fun and different. But one of the best songs off the album is his version of “Jingle Bells” featuring The Puppini Sisters; the tune is upbeat and almost has theatrical feel too it. I definitely think that this is one of the must buy Christmas albums of the year.

1. A Very She & Him Christmas by She & Him: Now their sound is unique and not everyone is going to like it, however the irreplaceable spin on classic holiday songs works. The best song off the album is surely “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” it has a soft but almost techno sound too it; let’s just say it is hard to explain. Their cover of “Sleigh Ride” is the truest song to the original version and doesn’t really include their rare sound. But a fun track off the album that is great for family holiday parties is “Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree” it has a sense that makes you want to get up and dance. If you aren’t looking for the typical standard holiday collection then give this record a listen.

The Canadian punk pop band Simple Plan is back with there new album “Get Your Heat On!”It’s been 2 and a half years since the last time we heard new music from them, but they have been working hard to bring all of their fans some brand spanking new music with an awesome new sound. The songs on the album have a good beat to them and you’ll have fun rocking out to them. This record includes tons of cool duets like Rivers Cuomo; who sings “Can’t Keep My Hands Off You” with the band, Natasha Bedingfield can be heard on the track “Jet Leg”, and Alex Gaskarth lends his voice to the tune “Freaking Me Out.” Even rapper K’naan joins the boys on the track “Summer Paradise.” Simple Plan’s new sound is very different from their previous beat and you won’t find songs like this on their albums “No Pads, No Helmets …. Just Balls,” “Still Not Getting Any,” and their self title record “Simple Plan.”

You can tell that love was on their minds when making this “Get Ypur Heart On!” if the title doesn’t tip you off than the number of contains tons of love songs on the album will. “You Suck At Love,” “Can’t Keep My Hand Off You,” “Jet Lag,” “Loser Of The Year,” and “Summer Paradise” all have to do with love. Yet there are songs are tunes like “Anywhere Else But Here,” “Freaking Me Out” and “Like Last One Standing” that don’t have to do with romance, and have a cool beat and lyrics you can sing along too. The record does hold two slower touching songs “Astronaut” and “Gone Too Soon,” but I must say that the track with the most meaning is “This Song Saved My Life.” They dedicated the song to all of their listeners and even had some of their fans sing background on that track. With this new album and rocking new songs you know that Simple Plan will be here for a really log time, and I for one can’t wait to see what the bring out next. Also don’t miss them on tour; I know I won’t.

There have been other all girl trios in the country music would such as Dixie Chicks and SheDaisy, who were very big in 90s and had huge followings and album sales, however it seems that now there are less and less girl trios music and not just in the country music world. Yet Miranda, Ashley, and Angaleena are trying to change that, and are bring back the girl trio that once were so popular.

In an interview with Village Voice the trio stated that the three things that brought them together was liquor, honest music, and admiration for each others talent. During the interview the girls agree with the interviewer that the album is more about the songwriting than the music, Monroe commented, “The songs all have stories and there’s a lot of imagery in them. It’s cool that the band played to the songs. “Beige,” for example, is very slow and dreamy—the girl’s kind of in a daze because she’s knocked up and walking down the aisle.” And Miranda adds, “It’s not a track that you just stick the lyrics in. It’s the other way around: The track is build around the story.”

2. Baby by Justin Bebier: If a guy wants to impress a girl who broke his heart then he will take her out of the dance floor when this song comes on, or to make things he sweeter dedicate this tune to his special girl because it is all about a love you never thought you’d lose.

And I love the way you know who you are and to me it’s exciting, when you know it’s meant to be everything comes naturally, it comes naturally when you’re with me, baby!” End the night with this soft song that has some upbeat moments, because most of the couples at prom are happy together and things everything seems to come naturally.

Rebecca Black sounds ridiculous and the song lyrics are less than impressive. My favorite line verse would have to be “Yesterday was Thursday, Thursday. Today i-is Friday, Friday (Partyin’) we-we-we so excited we so excited, we gonna have a ball today. Tomorrow is Saturday and Sunday comes after…wards I don’t want this weekend to end.” However, the chorus wasn’t any better “It’s Friday, Friday! Gotta get down on Friday everybody’s lookin’ forward to the weekend, weekend Friday, Friday! Gettin’ down on Friday everybody’s lookin’ forward to the weekend. Partyin’, partyin’ (Yeah), partyin’, partyin’ (Yeah)! Fun, fun, fun, fun, lookin’ forward to the weekend.”

The whole things was extremely bad, which is leading millions around the globe to ask the question was this a really single or some kind of spoof song put out for publicity purposes? If this was Black real single I can’t wait to hear the rest of her album and see how the song does on iTunes. Yet, there is something to be said about the so called singers PR team, because even though the song was laughable this up and coming “artist” is being talked about everywhere from Magazine, MySpace, FaceBook, and Twitter; it proves that even bad publicity is good publicity for some.
